1999 Blanc de Blancs Tasting Notes

FRESH & CRISP - we know one should not refer to alcoholic beverages as invigorating, but this Brut is exceptionally fresh and crispy with a smooth cream center. Aromas include an enticing combination of apple blossoms, lemon custard with a beam of both vanilla creme and roasted hazelnut, with a touch of fresh squeezed extra virgin Spanish olive oil! The flavors are a fresh, crisp version of white peach, ripe apple, baked pastry with a mango-vanilla-yeast bouquet. The tartness is pleasantly wrapped into a sweet fruit finish.

In order to provide special attention to all of our guests, we require larger groups of 10 or more people to make arrangements prior to visiting the winery.

Maximum of 20 people per group, please.

*During Memorial Day weekend and Thanksgiving weekend, large groups do not need to make reservations.
